2014 Goals

These are my professional goals for 2014.  The first three goals are school wide and decided by the principal.  As I was already doing these three things I found them hard to write up.  Regardless I have tried some new things in these areas.
The last two goals are my personal professional goals.

Goal 1. Enhance parent and whānau partnerships to support student learning.

Goal 2. Deliberate acts of teaching and planned learning programmes result in accelerating students' progress and achievement

Goal 3. Using student achievement data to identify and track the progress of priority students.

 Goal 4. Integrate personalised learning into the classroom

Goal 5. Leadership in developing practice amongst peers.
